The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is located in corporate headquarters in the Bishop Ranch Business Park, San Ramon, California.
TAC is the first point of contact for Customer requests for any type of Service or Move, Add or Change (MAC) work at All Customer locations. We maintain a complete record of the system type, release level, hardware configuration, service history, pending orders and authorized contacts.
The Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is staffed with Technical Support Engineers (TSE) who are VOICEPRO employees. They average over fifteen (15) years of telecommunications experience and over ten (10) years with VOICEPRO. All Technical Support Engineers are manufacturer certified on VOICEPRO products. They are focused on providing an excellent level of Customer Support and maintaining current certifications.
VOICEPRO customers, with a support agreement, have web access to view all pending tickets (Service or MAC) and any tickets that have been closed within the past forty-eight (48) hours. Our Customers receive an email upon the job completion.
