Every System Implementation follows our Best Practices Procedure, It details end to end implementation methodology designed to drive customer satisfaction, - it is a process that continues to be refined. VOICEPRO believes a team approach is essential to the successful implementation of our system. Assigning a Project Manager is the first step in the planning stage. This ensures that a single individual is responsible for collecting, coordinating, and distributing all system implementation information. VOICEPRO’s experienced and certified Training Staff provide self paced training modules for IP systems, onsite end-user training, and personalized training CDs with every installation. VOICEPRO’s Technical Assistance Center provides remote system support 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each business day. After hours is covered by our Field Service organization 7/24/365.
