Technical Support Engineer

VoIP Help Desk Support for VOICEPRO customers. Direct contact with customers for remote service of and IP telephone systems and voice mail systems in a technical call center. Troubleshoot, perform diagnostics, follow up work results delivering excellent internal and external customer service. For a complete job description, please contact our Human Resources Department.

Outside Sales position

Primary responsibility of this position is to sell VoIP PBX Voice Mail, Unified Messaging, Speech Recognition Call Center Applications, Interactive Voice Response and Fax Server applications to businesses. The successful applicant will have 2-10 years of work experience. Excellent compensation and benefit package. Earning opportunity $100,000 plus.
